1. Restaurant Operations & Team Management
Oversee daily restaurant activities to ensure smooth operations and SOP compliance. Lead, schedule, and train kitchen and service staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
2. Customer Experience & Service Quality
Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and consistently positive dining experience.
3. Food Quality & Hygiene Compliance
Maintain high standards in food preparation, presentation, and taste. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety regulations are strictly followed.
4. Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor stock levels, manage ordering and storage, and reduce wastage. Keep operational costs in check and support sales targets through efficient planning.
5. Maintenance & Reporting
Ensure restaurant equipment and facilities are well-maintained. Track daily sales and performance, and prepare reports to support business decisions.
