Senior Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our early-stage Digital Transformation Department and help us build and scale our transformation journey. This is a startup-style role — you'll have the chance to take ownership and grow beyond your role (e.g., advanced analytics, solution architecture) as the company scales. What You'll Do

• Design and develop modern web applications with a strong focus on the frontend.
• Collaborate closely with the team in an agile, startup-like environment.
• Co-own features with the product owner end-to-end — from idea to deployment.
• Contribute to and learn across the stack (backend, database, DevOps, cloud).
• Balance speed with quality by writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Continuously learn, adapt, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
