Job description

We are seeking a strategic and market research focused Business Development Assistant Manager for a well-established multi-national Power Tools supplier.

Job Responsibilities :

Expand assigned territories by identifying new potential end users.
Identify new business potential, competitor activities and new market opportunities; provide timely feedback and insights to management.
Manage product demonstration activities for events.
Strategically plan, implement, execute, monitor, and review engagement efforts with industrial and end-user segments.
Foster strong working relationships with managers from other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
Arrange and manage professional team demonstrations for relevant authority personnel.
Communicate and support on manpower allocation and product demonstration needs for distributor seminars and dealer roadshows.
Perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in any related fields.

Minimum 5 years of managerial experiences, including leading a team of 5 or more staff.

Strong strategic mindset with high integrity, ethical standards, and a results-driven attitude.

Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Excellent participatory management skills, effective team-builder with high accountability for his / her actions.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
