Join SITA’s SkyStar Program as a Graduate in the People Team, supporting HR operations across APAC and contributing to strategic HR initiatives.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing :

  • Provide administrative support to People Country Managers across APAC (excluding Delhi).
  • Serve as the main point of contact for HR Operations concerning Employee Life Cycle, Governance and Compliance, and Strategic activities.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to internal and external customers using knowledge of SITA’s processes, procedures, policies, and general HR principles.
  • Participate in HR projects and program implementations under the supervision of the People Country Manager.
  • Assist with APAC Geography People Strategic project initiatives aligned with business strategies.
  • Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle, from preboarding to offboarding.
  • Monitor legislative changes affecting local HR policies, escalate relevant details, and assist in drafting policy updates.
