The Procurement Team Lead will oversee procurement operations and to manage a team within the Shared Services industry.

Description

  • Lead and supervise a team of procurement officers / associates, ensuring timely and accurate execution of operational procurement tasks.
  • Oversee end-to-end Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) processes in line with procurement policies and SLAs.
  • Manage procurement shared services delivery for multiple business units, ensuring standardization and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage procurement KPIs, including cycle time, compliance rate, and PO accuracy.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, automation, and service delivery.

Profile

A successful Procurement Team Lead should have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Experience in a Shared Services or centralized procurement environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Fusion).
  • Proven ability to manage procurement operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
