Description
- Lead and supervise a team of procurement officers / associates, ensuring timely and accurate execution of operational procurement tasks.
- Oversee end-to-end Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) processes in line with procurement policies and SLAs.
- Manage procurement shared services delivery for multiple business units, ensuring standardization and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage procurement KPIs, including cycle time, compliance rate, and PO accuracy.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, automation, and service delivery.
Profile
A successful Procurement Team Lead should have :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Experience in a Shared Services or centralized procurement environment is highly desirable.Strong understanding of procurement processes and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Fusion).Proven ability to manage procurement operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Job Offer
