Overview

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the local labor market.

Responsibilities

  • Mainly focusing on recruiting local talent to join in TCI.
  • Collaborate closely with department leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Advise and guide management on employee relations matters, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards through regular audits and reviews.
  • Monitor and promote employee satisfaction, and assist in improving employee retention.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance for employee development, supporting internal training and leadership development initiatives.
  • Continuously optimize HR processes to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 2+ years\' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
  • Seniority level
