Position Summary

The Assembly Technician (CEM) is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic and mechanical components or products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. The role ensures smooth production flow within the contract equipment manufacturing (CEM) environment, supporting efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities

Assembleelectrical and mechanical componentsfor medium-complexity modules.

Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair as needed to ensureperfect functionality.

Performelectrical and mechanical testingto ensure top product performance.

Upholdhigh-quality standardsand contribute toprocess improvements.

Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality initiatives.

Ensure adherence to company safety, quality, and production standards.

Education & Experience

Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.

2+ years' experience in mechanical assembly or electrical wiring.

Fresh graduates with relevant technical training may also be considered.

Technical Skills

Strong skills inreading wiring diagrams and engineering drawings.

Familiar with setting up and executingelectro-mechanical testing.

Soft Skills & Competencies

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume environment (common in CEM).

Flexible to work shifts and overtime when required.
