Job Location : Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (Near Kerinchi LRT Station)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Officer to oversee and manage all aspects of shipping documentation related to export shipments. This key role involves handling Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading, and other essential shipping documents to ensure smooth and compliant international trade operations. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of export procedures and an aptitude for meticulous documentation.

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible to in-coming and out-going order processing and shipping documentation, including generating a complete flow of work in the export and / or import documentations.
Able to discern the criticality of shipping issues and escalate as necessary.
Support any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in International Shipping, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

Fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences, prefer in handling bulk oil export.

Strong initiative with an ability to work independently.

Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Pro-active, team player and Meticulous.
