The Purchasing Executive is responsible for purchasing and inventory coordination to support efficient operations and sales. This role involves handling purchase orders, monitoring stock levels, preparing reports, and working with internal teams to ensure accurate stock information in the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage purchasing from order placement to stock receipt, including tracking and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and brand owners for quotations, pricing support, and product availability.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Assist in demand forecasting and align purchase plans with sales input and market data.
- Work with internal teams to ensure purchasing and inventory activities support business needs.
- Analyze inventory performance, highlight slow-moving or lost-sales items, and prepare management reports.
- Ensure compliance with policies and support process improvements.
Requirements :
Diploma or higher in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.Minimum 2 years of working experience in industrial supply chain management.Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (data analysis & reporting).Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player with problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
