Your Role

As Marketing Manager, you will serve as the key marketing leader for your designated region. This strategic role will need to ensure brand consistency while executing localized marketing strategies. You will work alongside business development team to drive market penetration and client acquisition in your territory. Your critical impact lies in adapting global marketing initiatives to local market dynamics, cultural preferences, and regulatory requirements to maximize brand awareness and lead generation in your region.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategies in alignment with global brand guidelines and local market requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the counterpart to adapt global campaigns, messaging, and creative assets for regional deployment.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, events, partnerships, and media to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify regional opportunities, trends, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage regional marketing budget allocation and performance tracking to ensure optimal return on marketing investment.
  • Coordinate with business development teams to align marketing activities with sales objectives and support lead nurturing processes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, industry partners, and event organizers to enhance brand presence.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and market feedback to global and regional leadership teams.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulatory requirements and industry standards while maintaining brand consistency.

  • What Makes You a Great Fit

    Job Experience & Education :

  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in financial services, fintech, or related industries with proven track record in regional or international markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; relevant professional certifications preferred.
  • Experience working with global teams and adapting international marketing strategies for local markets.
  • Technical and Functional Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in campaign management, content creation, and performance measurement across multiple marketing channels
  • Understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements in designated region
  • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
  • Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
