Job descriptionAct as escalation point for complex fund accounting processes and control functions. Monitor individual and team performance; provide regular feedback and coaching. Identify and resolve obstacles impacting team performance or process efficiency. Maintain and enhance process controls and documentation. Propose improvements to mitigate errors and strengthen operational processes. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. 4–5 years of relevant Fund Accounting experience, preferably in financial services or fund structures. Experience in Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, Auditing, or Business Administration. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Robust fund accounting and workflow management experience. Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and fund accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities :
Production & Supervision
- Oversee day-to-day fund accounting operations for Private Equity & Real Estate Funds.
- Execute complex fund accounting activities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform second-level quality checks and validations on team outputs.
- Monitor deadlines, escalate issues, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Support coaching and development for team members.
