Associate, Marketing cum Department Admin
Role : Junior Executive with product management and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Manage CMO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas and minutes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain records and file.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of CMO.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office maintenance.
- Assist in planning and executing team engagement activities and events to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Product Management
Assist in the coordination with internal departments to ensure all materials are ready for product launch.Assist in market research on competitors’ products, market trend and to conduct competitive analysis.Assist in the interpretation of product design specifications and translate into implementable components in the system.Participate in UAT planning, preparation and execution.Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.Highlights any potential concerns / risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.We are looking for people with
