About the Role

We are seeking a skilled

Salesforce Developer

to design, build, and enhance solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role involves end-to-end development including coding, testing, deployment, and customization of applications. You will work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, and other IT teams to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using

Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and jQuery

  • Create and modify controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across platforms.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications and integrate with internal and third-party systems.
  • Perform configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and modules.
  • Manage migration processes from

    • Sandbox (testing)

    to

    Production (live environment)

  • Support and enhance Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud functionality.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide technical assistance, bug fixes, and end-user support.
  • Ensure adherence to

    • best practices

    in coding, testing, and deployment.

  • Drive continuous improvements in system design, performance, and scalability.
  • Act as the escalation point for technical support and issue resolution.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in

    • Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 1–2 years of Salesforce Developer experience

    • preferred.

  • Hands-on experience in

    • Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Lightning

  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including modifying standard objects and creating custom objects / fields.
  • Strong experience in

    • Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

  • Experience with

    • web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)

    integration.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g.,

    • Platform Developer I, App Builder

  • );

    • Platform Developer II

    is an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a

    • fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented

    environment.

    Nice to Have

  • Experience in

    • DevOps tools for Salesforce deployment

    (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Git).

  • Knowledge of CI / CD practices.
  • Familiarity with

    • Agile / Scrum methodologies
