Paralegal Key Responsibilities : Assist in property conveyancing matters, including preparation and review of documents. Handle electronic conveyancing transactions using PEXA. Draft, review, and manage legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Provide administrative and paralegal support to the legal team across multiple jurisdictions. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements : Proven experience in conveyancing and property transaction support. Proficiency in PEXA platform is essential. Strong command of English (written and spoken). Legal background (law degree or paralegal training preferred). High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines. Team player with strong communication skills Remuneration : MYR 4,000 - MYR 7,000
