HRBP Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of People and Performance strategic plans and initiatives that are aligned to Group HR / Company objectives.
• Contribute to the development of operational frameworks based on these strategic plans and execute on these in collaboration with HR-SEA
• Effectively manage existing / propose new HR policies and procedures which are consistent with the objectives of the organization.
• Consult and advise Operational Managers on their HR related topics / issues.
• Systematically assess unique situations faced by each Operational Manager and provide guidance on workable solutions from a HR / people management perspective.
• Manage and assist with the transfer of internal employees from other units i.e. compensation structuring, work permit processing
• Be the HR professional contact point for all people management issues to the Management team
• Recommend strategies and lead initiatives to engage employees, foster team collaboration, retain talent and recognize and reward success in the region.
• Review benchmarks and market data of salary bands for all key positions at regular intervals
• Ensure current C&B framework is competitive and make suggestions for improvement
