Job description

The company is a Singapore based company, offering a one-stop total logistics solutions.

Its expertise includes – Airfreight & Seafreight (Import & Export), Transhipment Cargoes, Consolidation Services, Custom Brokerage, Warehouse, Distribution & Packing Services, Projects & Exhibition Cargoes, Cargo Insurance and Warehousing.

Responsibilities

Declaration for Import & Export ( K1,K2,K3,K4,K8,K9,ZB1,ZB2)
Handle all custom formalities with customs and other authorities with regards to custom clearance.
Manage forwarding activities and ensure that import and export goods are cleared in a timely manner.
Monitor and update containers through the port system
Experienced in EDI, Dagang Net and Port VGM submission
Liaise with clients and agents with proper HS codes and advices duty / tax amount upon enquiry.
Provide timely report and appropriate analysis
Ensure proper documentation filling and system update
Handle any task assigned by immediate superior or company management from time to time

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Advanced / Higher / transportation or equivalent.

At least 3-5 years (s) of working experience in logistics.

Good communication and strong interpersonal skills

Possess problem solving skills

Meticulous and able to multi-task

Familiar with customs declaration

Required skill(s) : Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, self-disciplines, computer literate, presentation preparation and report.

Languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)

Willing to work half day on Saturday

Willing to work in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang
