Job Description :
We are hiring a Risk Analyst to manage fraud, chargebacks, and risk assessments. This role involves investigating cases, preparing reports, and working with teams to improve risk management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and resolve chargeback processes in line with regulations
- Document cases with detailed records
- Provide insights to improve fraud prevention
- Communicate with customers on chargeback matters
- Investigate suspicious activities and conduct root cause analysis
- Prepare accurate reports on risks and incidents
- Perform risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with teams to improve policies
