Recruitment Business Development Manager (Malaysia / Singapore) Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business empanelment with the IT or Non IT Customers. Build and manage strong client relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across industries. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams (Client Relationship, Account Management and Delivery Management) to provide tailored solutions that meet Customer requirements. Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain reports on pipeline and performance. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B business development or Recruitment. Strong consultative selling and solution-selling skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Key Skills
