Job Description :

Carryout tendering process according to the Company procedure
Assist in cost checking
To process consultant's / contractor's claims and any claims pertaining to project matters
To prepare final account and budget report for project
To attend all project meetings and site meetings, if necessary
Sourcing of contractors and consultants
Compiling, evaluating and updating of cost analyses and cost plans
Prepare Letter of Award to contractors
Prepare Letter of Appointment to consultants
To evaluate and compile contractor's and consultant's performance evaluation form
Check and update rate for construction material and contract rate
Carryout Value Engineering to enhance optimum cost and quality
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities so instructed by the Superior

Job Requirement

Possess a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent with minimum 5 years' (for degree holder) and 5 years' (for Diploma holder) in relevant experience in the field of Quantity Surveying

Proficient in tender documentation, preparation of progress payment, valuation and final accounts

Knowledge of computer (Microsoft Office) is essential
