About the Role

Chemin has partnered with a leading company specializing in AI-driven language solutions, using advanced models to enable human-like conversations and transform enterprise communication. For this exciting 2‑month project, we are seeking motivated individuals fluent in Mandarin to join our team as remote audio transcribers! Working with a talented team of Mandarin experts, you will optimize AI training data by segmenting and transcribing raw audio clips. The key to your success is to ensure a high standard of excellence in performing tasks, as quality is critical to enhancing AI models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality transcriptions of audio clips with minimal to no revisions.
• Precisely segment the spoken content in the audio clips into distinct components.
• Identify and label speakers to the different voices appropriately within the audio clips.
• Transcribe all audio content within each segment in their respective language(s).
• Proactively communicate challenges, queries, or concerns with Project Managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Meet key deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency in work output.
