Job descriptionBachelor’s degree from a recognized institution with 5 to 8 years of experience in payments Have deep understanding on SWIFT payment channels including regulatory requirements, best practices and industrial initiatives; experienced in exceptional handling of the payment cases. Have prior experience in projects, self-motivated and proactive with good interpersonal skills to communicate with different stakeholders. Attention to details and good analytical skills to solve issues. Fluent in English and ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus point. Mid-Senior level Full-time Finance
Responsibilities
- Perform daily SWIFT payments related works including but not limited to monitor of the incoming and outgoing transactions and messages, answer inquiries, perform amendment / cancellation / recalls.
- Perform daily nostro reconciliations and highlight any exceptions if any.
- Assist in SWIFT related projects and tests.
- Review Payment SOPs and provide SWIFT trainings.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
