Job Summary

  • Understand the day-to-day operations for the various product businesses of the Confirmations team.
  • Perform day‑to‑day activities across OTC Derivative Confirmation Operations team.
  • Assist in production of various reports to be presented to Senior Management.
  • Manage front‑to‑back product oversight across functions as per the Country Support model.
  • Support ad‑hoc requests, projects and initiatives on non‑business days, if necessary.
  • Handle day‑to‑day BAU of OTC Derivative Confirmation Processes.
  • Prepare Management Information (MI) for the process handled.
  • Manage client and stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide senior management reporting on a periodic basis.
  • Audit, stakeholder and client liaison.

Key Stakeholders

  • Internal and external stakeholders including inter‑bank / corporate clients and onshore internal stakeholders.
  • Skills and Experience

  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate should have 4–7 years of relevant experience in FMO Operations across Products and Processes.
