Job descriptionDegree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent. Experience in manufacturing accounting is a big plus! Knowledge of AutoCount system is an advantage. Accounting certifications (LCCI, CAT, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) are a big plus. Strong attention to detail, good communication, and team spirit! Proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (both written and spoken). Strong understanding of costing, stock, and production accounting. Fresh graduates are warmly welcome — we love teaching and helping you grow . Competitive salary (based on experience). We’re Hiring : Account Executive (Manufacturing)
Location : Batu Kawan
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation) like a pro.
- Work hands‑on with our AutoCount Accounting System (don’t worry — we’ll guide you if you’re new!).
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cost analysis for our manufacturing operations.
- Assist in manufacturing costing — track raw materials, production, and inventory values.
- Support the team in budgeting, forecasting, and year‑end audit preparation.
- Keep our accounting data accurate, compliant, and audit‑ready.
- Join us for stock counts, monthly discussions, and occasional makan sessions!
