Finance / Accounting
- Assist in preparing full sets of accounts and perform month-end closing accurately and on time.
- Verify and process invoices, manage accounts payable, and reconcile suppliers' statements of accounts.
- Monitor company cash flow and manage banking transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial data entry in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of accounting records.
- Liaise with company secretary, auditors, and tax consultants when required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Provide support to superiors on daily operational and ad hoc matters.
Human Resources / Administration
Assist in end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, personnel records management, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, training, and staff exit processes.Maintain and update employee records such as attendance, leave, and HR documentation.Handle staff claims, benefits administration (medical, insurance, etc.), and general HR inquiries.Coordinate and support performance appraisals, training plans, and employee development initiatives.Oversee general office administration including procurement of office supplies, asset management, and maintenance scheduling.Requirements
Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR, finance, and administration.Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.Good organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Able to work independently and meet deadlinesGood IT literacy – MS Office, cloud storage, and basic troubleshooting will be advantage.Company Profile
