Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Lead, located in Cyberjaya. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the development team, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the technical quality of software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing the development lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and troubleshooting technical issues. The Technical Lead will also be involved in code reviews, setting technical standards, and mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in software development, familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks
• Experience with IoT solutions and cloud-based systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in Cyberjaya
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the technology or startup sector is a plus
