Support the R&D or Technical team in daily operations and project execution Assist in new product development, including testing, trials, and process optimization Prepare and update technical documentation, reports, and product specifications Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance standards Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to product and process innovation Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Materials Engineering Background or interest in the textile, chemical, mechanical, or materials engineering fields Proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken) to liaise with internal teams and external partners Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
