Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in related field preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, CostX, and other related software.
- Possess good communication skills, time management and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
Prepare project cost estimates and construction budgets.Prepare and review tender and contract documents.Evaluate and review payment claims from contractors / subcontractors.Monitor project expenses to ensure they remain within budget.Communicate and collaborate with technical teams and clients to ensure projects run smoothly.Benefits
