Overview

Job Title : Proposal Analyst – SEA

Work Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Office-based)

Contract Duration : 6 Months (Can be renewable or extendable)

Pay Range : RM 4,500 – RM 5,000 / month

Responsibilities

  • Support the proposal and tendering process by acting as the focal point between internal stakeholders and clients. Responsible for compiling, submitting, and optimizing tender documentation to ensure high-quality and timely responses.
  • Compile and submit tender documentation accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to predefined contracts, conditions, and pricing frameworks .
  • Manage Bank Guarantees / Bid Bonds applications.
  • Interact with customers for tender clarifications .
  • Coordinate with sales, engineering, supply chain, finance, legal, HSE, and service delivery teams to finalize proposals.

Qualifications

  • 0–5 years’ experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Education : High school, diploma, or technical degree .
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce .
  • Preferably from Oil & Gas background (field / workshop exposure an advantage).
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team .
  • Fast learner with ability to adapt quickly .
