As a Sales Executive, your main role is an intermediary between organization and its clients. Sales Executive responsibilities include attending prospects and providing guidance to buyers and homeowners.
Job Responsibilities
- To provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Attend to all prospects in property gallery, property exhibition, roadshow and etc.
- Actively source and meet potential prospects for sales closure.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the property industry.
- Updates on weekly / monthly sales report & perform related work as assigned.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
Job Requirements
A high school diploma (SPM / STPM) is the minimum educational requirement for this position.Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson / property developer background.Street savvy, independent, and a Go-Getter attitude capable of setting high performance sales result.Excellent product knowledge & strategic prospecting with superb negotiation & communication skills.Ability to converse in Mandarin / Cantonese is an added advantage. As staff will be dealing with foreign investors.Must be willing to work 5.5 days a weekCandidate(s) must be willing to travel : various locations in Selangor, Langkawi and Johor.Seniority level
