Responsibilities as follows but not limited to :

Customer Quality :

Act as the main quality interface between the company and customers on all quality-related matters.

Manage customer complaints, lead root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (8D / CAPA).

Monitor and report customer quality performance indicators (PPM, scorecards, etc.).

Support customer audits and ensure compliance with their quality requirements.

Coordinate containment actions and communicate effectively with customers on issue status and resolution.

Ensure timely response and closure of customer quality issues.

Supplier Quality :

Evaluate and qualify suppliers through audits and performance assessments.

Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet specifications and quality standards.

Lead supplier corrective action requests (SCARs) and track effectiveness.

Support suppliers in implementing quality improvement initiatives and process controls.

Review and approve supplier PPAP, FMEA, and control plans where applicable.

Maintain supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across the supply base.

Quality Management System (QMS) :

Maintain and continuously improve the company’s QMS in accordance with ISO 9001

Lead internal audits and coordinate external / customer audits.

Manage document control, procedures, and records to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.

Support management review meetings, KPI tracking, and corrective / preventive action processes.

Promote quality awareness across all departments through training and process standardization.

Qualifications :

Minimum Advanced Diploma & above In Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Demonstrated knowledge QC 7 Tools / FMEA / DOE / 6 Sigma / SPC / 8D.

Experienced in using MS-Office & Statistical Software (JMP, Minitab, Excel etc).

Knowledge in QMS ISO standards and Experienced in 1st, 2nd & 3rd Party audit
