Job description

A leading technology solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Training Manager to develop and administer training programs for the Claims Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical claims processing and Claims Quality Assurance. You will work collaboratively, manage the offshore team, and ensure adherence to client guidelines.
