Job description

Provide day-to-day support for Epicor ERP users, resolving functional issues and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Act as a liaison between end users and technical teams to troubleshoot system problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.

Support various Epicor modules, such as production, planning, inventory, purchasing, finance, and quality.

Assist with testing and deploying ERP changes, upgrades, and patches.

Gather and document user requirements for system enhancements or configuration changes. Help implement approved changes.

Support the ERP IT Manager with system configuration, data analysis, and user access management.

Develop and maintain training documentation and user guides; conduct training sessions as needed.

Help ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement using ERP capabilities.

Escalate complex technical issues to ERP vendors or internal development teams as necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years and above of experience supporting an ERP or business application.
Familiarity with business processes in manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, or finance.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical users.
Experience with Epicor Kinetic (preferred but not required).
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Open to work additional hours as needed.
