About the Role

Responsible for delivering standard reports on periodic basis as required by the business for operations, regulatory, statutory purpose

Responsibilities :

Develop and automate dashboard , analysis, and report to support business functions.

Collaborate with data teams to integrate data from various sources and develop data interfaces that support automation solutions.

Maintain the integrity of the data as the "single source of truth".

Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, system diagrams, and user manuals .

Train business users on how to use reporting and automation solutions and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Assess KPIs, perform root cause analyses, create recommendations for corrective action and work with business verticals to implement them. Be responsible for the accuracy of the calculations of these KPIs.

Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency .

Stay up-to-date with the latest reporting and automation technologies and trends and make recommendations for process improvements

Requirements :

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent.

At least 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably has experience in management reporting and data analytics related role.

Experience as a data analyst ideally within a highly regulated related industry.

Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency within IT systems, software databases, reporting, communication, and analytical tools.

Experience with data visualization tools i.e. Power BI.

Experience in Operational improvement system methodology and delivery.

Knowledge of business reporting framework.

Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationship and influence outcomes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all level with clarity impact and influence.

Ability to plan and priorities effectively organise tasks and manage completing resources and demands.
