Role reports to : Engineering Manager

Location :

Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

What You Will Do

Ensure minimal downtime to production. Reduce downtime.

Develop subordinates to be equipped with skills and knowledge with proper guidance

Strengthening preventive and preventive maintenance activity. Ensure that overall planned maintenance PM and PDM is carried out on time.

Improve and maintain work safety

Prevention of non-conformities.

Area Covered : Plant Wide Facilities, Fire Fighting Systems, General Building Maintenance,

Phone Systems, Cleaning Management, Pest Control, Cafeteria, Compressor, Boiler, Security and CCTV, Access Card System, Dust Collector System, HVAC System, Chiller, and Cooling Tower.

Principal Responsibility

• Facility Team Principal Responsibility for Self

Be a team player and show commitment to achieving the goals / target set.

Ensure plant wide facility preventive and predictive maintenance is scheduled and executed accurately by utilizing the MAXIMO system.

Maintain 20% reduction of overall breakdown / downtime rate in comparison to previous yearTeam work

Coach and develop subordinates to be equipped with the required skills and knowledge to perform their tasks and support them when required.

Maintain high level SHE compliance to achieve zero hours lost time due to accidents.

Prevent nonconformities in daily tasks.

(Repeating breakdown target = 0 hours)

Monitor, review & record historical events for all subordinates (Meeting & Discussions)

Plan and schedule manpower for daily PM & CM maintenance activity with schedule work orders as well

Support facility technicians to troubleshoot equipment problems & identify improvement feedback & breakdowns.

Assist project engineers in installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Review and complete outstanding work order and re-accruing problems.

Review and improve all PM activities.

Conduct trainings for technicians and actively be involved in company related activities / initiatives.

Keep equipment maintenance activity logs, filing of document and checklist all up to date in maintenance workshop.

Kenvue Affiliates and Originating Company; have in-depth of products / supply material to provide technical support for new product introduction or profit improvement projects.

Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to new team members.

Proactively pursue self-learning to complete the competency requirement as per Competency model.

Be a team member.

Ensure team / division compliance to SHE and GMP.

To ensure workstation are clean and orderly.
