About the Role
The role involves processing various sales and purchase documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and coordinating with internal teams for effective inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Process sales invoice (INV), Delivery Order (DO), purchase orders (PO), and goods receipt notes (GRN).
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Coordination with shipment & warehouse logistic arrangement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize procurement efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Provide administrative support to the department as required.
Qualifications
Possess a Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.Required Skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant information with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Willingness to work on-site in Cheras, adhering to the company's operational schedule.Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Words & Excel.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with good working attitude.
