Job description
Responsibilities :
Manage the service department and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs.
Providing the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and managing the service team members.
Service and application support on LED Wafer / Die Probing, BIB Handler, Oven, Ball Mount, Dicing, Robots and others.
Managing customer account including service support on customer request, RMA and customer complaints.
Co-work with customer and principal, to develop new opportunities, and overcome issues.
New Machine installation and buyoff.
Spare part inventory control.
Conduct operation and maintenance training.
Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
Determines improvements by analyzing service applications in customer environment.
Gains customers' acceptance by explaining or demonstrating operations improvements. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company's products and services.
With a strong sales-minded attitude as well as excellent leadership skills.
Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
Setting up and maintaining a service desk and evaluating its efficiency.
Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives.
Helping to train new employees in company procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
Prefer with working experience in LED / Semiconductor Equipment.
Familiar process of Probing, Wire Bonding, Handler, Curing.
Possess own transport.
Good communication skill (both spoken and written) in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
Required to visit & provide service support at customer site. Willing to travel to other countries.
Preferably candidates who can start work within a month.
