Job descriptionGreet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and services Handle transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently (POS system knowledge is a plus) Manage stock levels, replenish shelves, and ensure the outlet is well-organized Achieve individual and team sales targets Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary Support online order fulfilment (if applicable) Assist in daily opening and closing tasks SOCSO Annual leave Annual performance bonus up to 3 months 5 working days Good Commission Allowance Provided Overtime Pay
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma is a plus
- Prior experience in retail, pharmacy, or healthcare-related sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and on shift rotation
- Basic computer skills for handling POS or inventory systems
