Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in procurement, vendor registration, and documentation. The role involves working with in-house procurement system Pico Partners System and Epicor System , handling purchase requisitions and various administrative tasks.

The Job

  • Create Purchase Requisitions as per company requirements.
  • Process Job Completion – New Settlement accurately.
  • Assist in registering New Vendors and guiding them through the registration process.
  • Create New Vendors under Irregular when necessary.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all procurement and vendor-related activities.

Epicor System

Issue Purchase Orders (POs), invoice, capex and ensure proper documentation. Maintain proper documentation of all procurement and vendor-related activities. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.

The Person

  • Education : Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience : At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role (fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply) with some understanding of accounting and procurement process.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Procurement System Application is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain and manage documentation efficiently.
  • Accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
