Your impact

We are looking for a Senior Primary Engineer to provide technical expertise in High Voltage Primary Engineering, managing primary design for distribution and transmission systems (22kV to 500kV). The role will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering high‑quality work on time and on budget, while mentoring and developing junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop primary engineering deliverables including substation layout design, clearances, short‑circuit force calculations, lighting calculations, and earthing.
• Lead engineering for projects within defined packages, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Provide technical direction to design teams and collaborate with global delivery centers and other disciplines (civil, structural, secondary).
• Manage and undertake technical reviews of deliverables.
• Attend and participate in project and client meetings.
• Contribute to proposal preparation, scope development, pricing, and occasionally lead proposal coordination.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted adviser.
