Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client projects from shooting to final video delivery.
  • Communicate with production, ad, and content teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage client materials, progress tracking, and reporting.
  • Prepare weekly updates and support the Account Manager on service quality.
  • Handle internal documents, briefs, and schedules efficiently.

    • Requirements

  • Strong project coordination and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and detail orientation.
  • Experience in client servicing, operations, or project management preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Knowledge of TikTok or video content creation is a plus.
