Requirements

  • Achieve at least SPM and above education
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to perform strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm

Responsibilities

  • As Airbnb Customer Service Representative :
  • Standby to respond to customer inquiries via phone, as guests may check in, check out, or have questions at any time
  • Coordinate and arrange cleaning services with the maid or housekeeping team to ensure timely turnover of units
