Requirements

Achieve at least SPM and above education
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to perform strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm

Responsibilities

As Airbnb Customer Service Representative :

Standby to respond to customer inquiries via phone, as guests may check in, check out, or have questions at any time

Coordinate and arrange cleaning services with the maid or housekeeping team to ensure timely turnover of units
