Internship Finance / Accounting

What You’ll Do :   -Support the Account Executive in daily accounting tasks related to stock movement and supplier transactions.   -Assist in processing supplier invoices, payment tracking, and monthly cut-off procedures.   -Help manage purchase and sales records for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.   -Maintain and update aging reports for customers and suppliers.   -Reconcile warehouse inventory records with accounting entries.   -Support in filing documents required for audit and regulatory checks (e.g., MOH, GMP).   -Assist in the preparation of finance reports and documentation. What We’re Looking For : -Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.   -Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive records confidentially.   -Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of accounting software is a plus.   -Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a bonus).   -Available for a minimum of 3 months.   -Willing to work on-site at our pharmacy warehouse in Shah Alam
