• Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with construction drawings and contract specifications.
• Consistency in checking of drawings, specifications and highlight discrepancies.
• Record daily site activities including material deliveries and workforce by trades.
• Daily inspection of works carried out by subcontractors.
• Minimize and control wastages.
• Liaison with local authority, tendering, implement project, cost control, material control, quality

control and documentation.

Job requirement : -

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Building Construction or equivalent
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and the ability to enforce and promote a safe working

environment.

• Possess own transport. Willing to travel to any project site at any time.
• Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• With minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
• Yellow Book Holder or with Site Safety Qualification is an added advantage.
