Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent. Diploma in Business Admin, Insurance, or Automotive field is an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in an administrative, customer service, or insurance-related role.
  • Experience with Merimen e-Claims system is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word) and digital file management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to handle phone and WhatsApp communication with customers and insurance companies.
  • Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take on ad-hoc or cross-departmental tasks when required.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin / Customer Service Executive to support our vehicle insurance claims team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Enter accident and vehicle data accurately into the Merimen e-Claims system.
  • Upload police reports, photos, repair estimates, and other documents.
  • Liaise with customers for claim-related documentation and updates.
  • Provide customer service support via phone CALL or WhatsApp
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, adjusters, and internal departments.
  • Maintain digital and physical records in compliance with SOPs.
  • Generate daily claim status reports and assist with admin tasks.
  • Additional Responsibilities :

  • Support other administrative or operational tasks as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc duties and assist other departments when required.
