Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent. Diploma in Business Admin, Insurance, or Automotive field is an added advantage.
- At least 1 year of working experience in an administrative, customer service, or insurance-related role.
- Experience with Merimen e-Claims system is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word) and digital file management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to handle phone and WhatsApp communication with customers and insurance companies.
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on ad-hoc or cross-departmental tasks when required.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin / Customer Service Executive to support our vehicle insurance claims team.
Key Responsibilities :
Enter accident and vehicle data accurately into the Merimen e-Claims system.Upload police reports, photos, repair estimates, and other documents.Liaise with customers for claim-related documentation and updates.Provide customer service support via phone CALL or WhatsAppCoordinate with insurance companies, adjusters, and internal departments.Maintain digital and physical records in compliance with SOPs.Generate daily claim status reports and assist with admin tasks.Additional Responsibilities :
Support other administrative or operational tasks as needed.Perform ad hoc duties and assist other departments when required.Benefits
