Description
- Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and standards.
- Help in measuring and mixing ingredients, baking, decorating, and packaging finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and tools
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Willing to learn and improve pastry skills under guidance.
