About The Team

We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of operations & management for our business teams. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of business processes, and managing cross-functional team collaboration. Your primary goal will be to support business team members, optimize workflows, and drive operational efficiency. This role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Application product operation and maintenance to ensure stable and efficient services and improve user experience.
• Building and maintaining production system Docker / k8s-related containerized clusters.
• Exploring efficient automated operation and maintenance systems and management tools to improve efficiency.
• Handling emergency responses and coordinating faults to ensure 24 / 7 business continuity.
• Optimizing operation and maintenance solutions, including disaster recovery, elastic expansion, and attack prevention.
