Job description

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Senior Executive in Marketing and Branding to take the lead in growing our Nuuna brand in the FMCG food industry. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and ensuring all initiatives align with the company’s overall business goals. Your mission is to enhance Nuuna’s brand presence across all consumer touchpoints. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Marketing Strategy and Planning -Assist in developing and executing brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives  -Conduct market research for consumer trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities -Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL and muitl channels -To support product launches through targeted marketing initiatives   Product Branding -Maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints -Collaborate closely with Designers to ensure alignment in design concepts and brand messaging -Monitoring and reporting on brand performance, competitor activity, and market trends. -Conduct market research, surveys, and competitor analysis to generate insights that guide marketing decisions.  Campaign Execution and Events -Plan and execute marketing campaigns includes ATL, BTL, brand activations and events related to the brand  -Organize roadshows, brand events, and promotional exhibitions -Analyze performance metrics and prepare post campaign reports -Track and optimize marketing budget for cost-effective results   General Support -Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HOD to ensure smooth team operations [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-serba-wangi-sdn-bhd-job-marketing-branding-senior-executive-fmcg-food]

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. -Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on branding and product marketing.  -Preferably within the FMCG or food-related industries  -Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify trends and develop effective marketing strategies. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Creative and ability to develop engaging and impactful marketing materials. -Passionate about food, branding, and consumer engagement.
