Job Description

• Formulate and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and enhance profitability.
• Deliver financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions in line with corporate objectives.
• Set financial standards and track performance to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes to maximize financial efficiency.
• Implement strong risk management frameworks to mitigate credit, market, and operational risks.
• Enhance internal control systems and reinforce corporate governance frameworks.
• Drive capital raising, investment planning, and financial structuring initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, shareholders, fund managers, and regulatory authorities.
• Perform financial assessments for investments, acquisitions, and key projects.
• Ensure financial reporting adheres to MFRS, IFRS, Bursa Malaysia requirements, and other regulatory standards.
• Supervise tax planning, working capital optimization, and the accuracy of financial reporting.
• Formulate policies to maintain cash flow stability and ensure long-term financial sustainability.
• Oversee and restructure the finance and accounting teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the Group Executive Director and leadership team to drive business transformation initiatives.
• Lead digital transformation and process enhancement initiatives within financial operations.
