Requirements

SPM and above.
Malaysian citizen only.
Have experience in Sales or related fields.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to perform strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Proactive.
Location : Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Cheras KL

Responsibilities

Blasting a list of new items or items available in the store via telegram, customer groups and WhatsApp Community.

Retain existing customers and attract back old customers who have not purchased.

Provide the best service to customers.

Complete customer orders.

Find new customers.

Collaborate in the Operations group.

Achieve sales targets / KPIs.

Support / assist the Operations team and department.
