Job description
  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
  • Provide technical support for computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
  • Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
  • Respond to help and escalate issues as needed.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT security measures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives.
  • Document procedures and processes for IT tasks and projects.
  • Participate in training sessions to expand knowledge of IT systems and technologies.
  • Conduct research on emerging IT trends and technologies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the System Analyst or other team members.

    Pay : RM RM1,000.00 per month
